Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available for urban areas, excluding remote areas.
For deliveries to remote areas, additional shipping charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping does not include Package Protection (Fully Insured Service).

Returns and Refunds

Please contact us at cs@bb-antiques.jp within 72 hours of receiving your item.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Due to the antique nature and condition of our products, certain items may be non-returnable.
Eligibility for returns is determined at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of 8.1% of the original purchase price will be charged.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged During Shipping
All items are unique and irreplaceable, and therefore exchanges are not available.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you did not purchase Package Protection Service,
you may need to rely on insurance provided by your credit card issuer.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is strictly not accepted.
