Shipping Methods & Charges
Shipping methods depend on the item and destination. We use EMS, DHL, and Yamato UPS.
Standard international shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. A separate Package Protection purchase is not required. Shipping insurance is arranged by us where applicable.
If an additional carrier surcharge applies to a remote or special delivery area, we will contact you before shipment. No additional charge will be made without your agreement.

Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, local taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes approximately 4–14 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs clearance.

Sales Quantity
Most of our antique, vintage, and handmade items are one-of-a-kind and are available only in the quantity shown on each product page.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include the original packaging and all accompanying items. For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge a percentage-based restocking fee. However, payment processing fees or currency conversion fees that are actually charged to us and are not refunded by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Because most of our items are unique and irreplaceable, exchanges are generally not available.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
