1. What is your return policy? Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

5. Who is responsible for return shipping costs? You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We charge you 8.1% of the item’s original purchase price as restocking fees.
Return Process
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase and our service. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at cs@bb-antiques.jp or complete the contact form on our website.
1. You send the returned item to our address after we approve your case. Returned address: 1-8-27-203, Nakazakinishi Kitaku, Osaka, 530-0015, Japan.
2. You return the item in the same condition as the original packing.
3. Please mark the return package as “Returned Merchandise” on the Customs declaration form, and please send us shipping details.
4. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of the returned shipping.
6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us.
Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Wrong Shipping
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, please contact us at cs@bb-antiques.jp within 72 hours. We will send you the correct item and refund the shipping cost for returning the wrong item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@bb-antiques.jp within 48 hours of receiving your package. Take photos of the package and items, and contact your shipper and credit card company to declare the damaged shipping. Please send us a copy of the document and photos. If you did not upgrade to Package Protection Service, you may need to use your credit card insurance provided by your card issuer.
Exchanges
All items are unique and irreplaceable. Therefore, we are unable to offer exchanges.
