Sakamoto Rakusanjin born in Kyoto in 1939, also known as Soshun.
He was a member of the Seiryusha art group of Japanese Painting. He participated in the Kansai Art Exhibition and the Kyoto Municipal Art Exhibition. He got awards nine times. He specialized in landscapes, flowers and birds, and human figures.
