Shino ware is a type of Mino ware produced in the southeastern part of Gifu Prefecture. This type of pottery ware was usually decorated with underglaze iron painting and covered with white feldspathic glaze. The Shino kiln produced tableware which included mainly tea ceremony utensils. – Quote from A Dictionary of Japanese Art Terms

It was made by one of famous anagama kiln Koubeigawa in Gifu.

1st Kato Kobei founded Kobeigama in 1804 as the official pottery of Edo Castle.
Currently 7th Kato Kobei (1945- ) and his son Kato Ryotaro (1974- ) are leading their kiln and Mino ware.

Facing Mino Momoyama pottery tradition, Kato Ryotaro (8th Kato Kobei) built his kiln and is focusing on making tea bowls, especially pottery of Shino, Hikideguro, Oribe, and Kizeto.
He is also actively involved in works that combine calligraphy and pottery, and collaborations with different materials.
He is expected to lead the future of Potters in Mino. – Quote from Koubeigama Website
