Vintage Kyo-yaki Matcha Tea Bowl, Japanese Matcha Tea Bowl, Kiyomizu-yaki, Heian Kouun, Tea Bowl, Unused, Displayed, MB-031202
It is Kyo-yaki, Kiyomizu yaki and made by Heian Kouun.
It comes from original paulownia box and original shop guide paper in excellent vintage condition consistent with age (Unused / Displayed).
We got this tea bowl from our relative.
She did not use this tea bowl but displayed it on the tea shelf.
Inside and outside the Chawan was fully painted with beautiful patterns.
We see discolored on the box and slightly wrapped on the rid box due to aging.
We did not see any sign of using and excellent gold gilding.
