Bizen ware is one of famous Japanese pottery. It is from Bizen province (Okayama, Japan).
Kamura Koudo was born in 1930. Original name is Saburo.
He studied Bizen ware under Matono Motomu then he became a pupil of Yamamoto Toushu (1906-1994) from 1978.
He started his own business in 1981.
He got prizes of Japanese Traditional Art Crafts and others many times since 1982.
It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age with original paulownia box, original cloth and original guide paper. (Unused)
We got it from our relative in Okayama. She told us unused.
We did not see any sign of using.
