He is one of very famous Oribe artist and the great ceramic artist in Showa period.

This Katatsuki Chaire is called Red Oribe with nice shape and beautiful oribe painting.
It is less used in excellent vintage condition consistent with age with original shifuku and original paulownia box.

We got it from our relative. She used the chaire few times.
Therefore we asked our tea utensils shop to change the back of chaire lid to 24karat gold.
We rarely seen his chaire on the market. It is pretty rare item.

The shifuku is used “Rikyu Donsu” with dark oribe color.
It is perfect match.
