Iwakiribikoudo
It is a company located in Kirishima, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
They specialize in the production of Satsuma pewter ware.
The company was founded in 1916 by Mr. Toichiro Iwakiri, who initially manufactured tin pipes. Later, he realized that pewter ware had more potential than pipes and sent his son Toroku to study under a long-established traditional pewter ware company in Kagoshima.
Then their pewter ware has been cherished for its safety and unique warmth, and its production method has been passed down through generations. They have honed their skills backed by tradition and developed modern works of art.
