Vintage Gorgeous Zentsu Wedding Obi, Furisode Zentsu Fukuro Obi, Japanese Kimono Sash Belt, Prosperity Flowers Patterns,
A Fukuro Obi is generally less formal than a Maru Obi. It is made by joining two lengths of fabric. The visible front is typically woven in silk brocade with metallic threads, while the reverse and portions not intended to show when worn are generally plain silk.
A standard Rokutsu Fukuro Obi has patterned brocade across approximately 60% of the front, with the remaining portion left plain. A Zentsu Fukuro Obi is patterned across the full front, while a Maru Obi is patterned on both sides.
This Zentsu Fukuro Obi came from a relative.
The front is fully patterned.
It was used once for a photo shoot. No visible stains, scratches, or fraying are present. It may also be used decoratively as a bed runner, table runner, or wall hanging.
